This equipment is used to transfer glasses or cells
to TFT-LCD manufacturing devices. Using the clean robot developed
by Nachi Fujikoshi of Japan, it is possible to cope with 5G, 6G,
7~7.5G or 8G lines. Each component module has been standardized
to meet the specific requirements of customers. The Indexer for
Cell Repair features the special grabber that can hold both sides
of a cell installed at the end of wrist arm of a robot to minimize
the footprint and reduces the tact time.
At present, two models
are available that can be used for those ranging from 15.4"wide
type to 32"wide type and large-sized (32" to 57") cells
for large LCD TVs. Efforts are made to develop one that can hold
those
sized
15" to 57" at both sides of the grabber and turn them upside down.
